With a career spanning multiple industries, including construction, entertainment, sports, public service, and collision repair in automotive, Clive works hands-on with National Business Brokers to implement a business operating system and performance-focused culture, drawing on his automotive industry experience.
Prior to joining Accrual Equity Partners, Clive led the adoption of a business operating system as an Integrator at three companies. As VP of Business Development at Kaizen Collision Center, he helped the company through an ambitious, private equity backed, expansion into a national platform scaling operations, building infrastructure, and cultivating a performance-focused culture. Known for his candid, hands-on approach, Clive thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, coaching teams through the "why," "what," and "how" of continuous improvement.
Born and raised in Devon, England, Clive has lived in California since 2019 and is now a proud U.S. citizen. He and his wife share life with their adult son and their beloved miniature dachshund.
