Andrew Bray is the Regional Vice President for the Midsouth Region of National Business Brokers, Inc. He has two decades of business development experience and an in-depth knowledge of the auto industry. Mr. Bray, formerly the Director of Operations at NBB, has served as an invaluable resource to the company since 2018. Over the last two years, Mr. Bray has helped to expand NBB’s relational network via prominent marketing and organizational strategies.
Prior to joining NBB, Mr. Bray developed a wide array of businesses. At Metlife Investors, a fortune 50 financial services company, Mr. Bray quickly rose to prominence due to his strong management, relational, and organizational skills. In his four years at MetLife, Mr. Bray grew the southeastern territory by 18% through prospecting, expanding their broker network, and developing greater trust and depth with existing brokers to earn the privilege of being their first call.
Mr. Bray added an entrepreneurial element to his base of business development, working with start-ups and early-stage companies. As a co-founder and Senior VP of Sales at an automotive start-up, Mr. Bray developed skills in pre-acquisition due diligence, launching new sales and marketing strategies resulting in a 350% sales increase, and establishing affiliate strategic marketing relationships with several major players in the auto space, namely, AutoZone and Aramark.
Mr. Bray received his undergraduate degree in History at the University of California, San Diego, where he also met his wife, Ali. They live in Costa Mesa, California, with their daughter, Logan, and son, Callen.
