Eddi Zyko joined NBB in December 2025 and currently serves as a Managing Director and the Head of Execution & Operations. With 25 years of experience in investment banking, consulting and leadership, Eddi leads and develops NBB’s M&A execution team.
Prior to joining NBB, Eddi helped build out and lead Truist Securities Automotive Retail Investment Banking practice. In this role, he originated and executed M&A and capital raise transactions for auto dealerships and auto related companies. He also held roles within Truist Securities Consumer & Retail and Leveraged Finance Groups. Eddi began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse in New York after getting his MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
A proud graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point’s class of 2001. Eddi spent 5 years as an active-duty Army officer. During his 5-years in the Army he was stationed on Oklahoma, Georgia, Washington State and was deployed as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom I.
Eddi lives north of Atlanta with his wife and four children. He spends his free time chasing after his kids, playing ice hockey and assisting with Veterans related causes and initiatives.
