Her expertise spans identifying executive-level talent for M&A advisory roles, building operational teams for dealership acquisitions, and developing scalable recruitment infrastructure for portfolio companies experiencing rapid growth.
Prior to her talent acquisition career, Tracy spent nearly a decade in automotive collision operations beginning in 2006, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of collision estimating, repair processes, and customer service delivery. This operational foundation provides valuable insight when evaluating candidates and understanding the unique talent requirements of automotive retail businesses.
Tracy holds her undergraduate degree and currently resides in Arizona with her family. She is actively involved in supporting automotive industry workforce development initiatives.
