Weston Wells, is the Director of Sales for National Business Brokers, Inc. Mr. Wells has spent over 20 years working in the Information Technology Industry where he played an integral role in sales and operational leadership. Joining NBB in 2022, Mr. Wells looks forward to assisting his team connect dealers to the right people and processes in their Buy/Sell journey with NBB.
Formerly, Mr. Wells worked for TEKsystems, Inc where he spent most of his 20-year career as Director of Operations and Strategic Sales. While leading teams of recruiters and salespeople, Mr. Wells gained experience with sales processes through hiring, leading, mentoring, creating sales roadmaps, managing KPI’s and driving sales strategy in a fast-paced market where knowing the landscape is critical to help customers get what they need.
In his last role as Director of Strategic Sales, Mr. Wells lead a group of elite sales executives to evolve positioning with a portfolio of top customers hitting growth goals of 109%. He was directly responsible for managing the many facets of the sales lifecycle by handling objections, financial negotiations, contract negotiations, executive level relationships, and engaging on many large-scale contracts and managed services opportunities. Most importantly, connecting people with the right resources to address their needs was at the heart of every deal.
Weston received his undergraduate degree in Business Management & Organization from Gettysburg College, PA and currently resides in Chandler, AZ where he and his wife Brianna are excited to stay settled, raise their family…and play golf when time permits!
