William Warriner joined NBB in March 2026 as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he supports the firm’s M&A advisory and transaction execution efforts. In his role, William works with senior bankers to perform financial analysis, develop valuation models, and assist in the execution of buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Prior to joining NBB, William worked in the Strategy & Consulting practice at Accenture, where he supported corporate strategy, operational transformation, and M&A integration initiatives. His previous internship experience includes Finance & Accounting roles with RaceTrac, CMV, and Cherry Bekaert. William grew up in the dealership world having spent time in the F&I office at a local Ford dealership.
William earned both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, where he studied in the J.M. Tull School of Accounting. He currently lives in Atlanta and enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs in the fall.
