Zach Kuzemka joined National Business Brokers (NBB) in June 2025 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer. With over 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and strategic advisory, Zach leads the overall management and strategic growth initiatives of NBB
Prior to joining NBB, Zach was the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Consumer & Retail Investment Banking division at Raymond James. In this role, he oversaw operations, enhanced team performance, and spearheaded strategic initiatives. During his tenure, the group completed more than 100 M&A transactions totaling over $25 billion in value. He also held roles within Raymond James’ Investment Banking Business Development team, where he supported deal origination through the coverage of the firm’s private wealth channel, law firms, accounting firms, and private equity groups.
Earlier in his career, Zach held investment banking positions at Evercore, Wells Fargo, and Bowstring Advisors (acquired by Citizens Financial Group). He also worked in Corporate Development & Strategy at Expedia Group.
Zach earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He currently resides in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and their dog.
