National Business Brokers is pleased to announce the sale of Hamilton Ford, in Crane, Missouri, from Mark Hamilton to Koncept Automotive Group.
Hamilton Ford was established in 2002 in Crane, Missouri, and has been owned and operated by Mark Hamilton there for 21 years. The dealership itself has been in Crane since 1913. Hamilton Ford has been awarded the President’s Award on multiple occasions. The dealership was ranked number 1 in their 20 Group for the past 10 years, and consistently sold over 200% of Ford’s expectancy. Hamilton Ford has also consistently achieved 98% or higher CSI in both sales and service.
Mark Hamilton, Dealer Principal of Hamilton Ford commented, “I decided I was ready to retire, and Drew Bray and Chris Teape did an outstanding job of helping me navigate the complex buy/sell process. Keeping the sale confidential, and having them manage all the issues involved in the buy/sell allowed me to continue to run and maintain profitability of the dealership.”
Ryan Martin, owner-operator of Koncept Automotive Group, started in the automotive industry when he was 20 years old. He worked his way up the ladder at a new car franchise, realizing along the way just how much money he could be making if he owned his own dealership. He founded Strawberry Road Auto Sales, then Koncept Automotive Group which has been under the same ownership for 26 years. He still runs both of those operations, as well as Pratt City Ford, and now Hamilton Ford.

The dealership will continue to be named Hamilton Ford and will remain at its current location at 602 W. Rose Avenue in Crane, Missouri.
